Healthy & Fit Wins The Race!
As the time goes by we
get busier than ever by our load of work we work, we eat, we sleep, we work, we
eat, we sleep, and repeat! I mean really
is this what you wanted your life to be like? What about the goals that you set
for yourself every God damn year? “This
year I am going to eat healthy, join the gym, do yoga or fit in my old high
school jeans buy that size 2 dress and dazzle in it! Or whatever you want to do
but can’t.”
Well the hard truth is that you have forgotten all
that or just “don’t have the time for
it.” Whatever excuse you come up with just shows how much you hate
yourself. I mean come on who in their right mind would want to stay unhealthy?
To be honest we all know someone who is in a terrible health due the fact that
they don’t care what they eat or what will happen to the people that depend on
them or love them when you dig an early grave for yourself.
So the question is why
should I be fit? Or healthy even? I mean if you are asking such a question then
dude you need to get your sh*t together, and you need to do it now! Being
healthy will only get you awesome benefits.
Did you know that each year almost half of the world’s
population die due to health problems, like strokes, cancer, diabetes heart
health and much more, So ask yourself do you want to live? Do you love
yourself? Are you willing to change for the better? Just remember how many
times people have told you that you are not fit enough or people have left to
for your bad behavior or you got screwed over by one thing or another.
I think that enough is enough now! You need to get up
and STOP feeling sorry for yourself! With good health you can get benefits like
these, reduced risk of some cancers, reduced risk of heart problems, better
moods, reduced risk dementia, reduced
risk of Lower respiratory
infections and much more.
Now before you get on your high horse you need to know
the following things. Firstly being healthy does not necessarily mean you need
to lose weight it could be just the opposite of it, Secondly you need you
follow your diet and workout plan with consistency,
because if you can’t do that then you might as well not start in the first
place.
As someone once said, "“Your body can stand almost anything. It’s your mind that you have to convince.”
As someone once said, "“Your body can stand almost anything. It’s your mind that you have to convince.”
