The Perfect Diet for Fat Loss
Hold your horses people I am not here to sell a wildly expensive diet plan or give to a magic pill of some sort ! All I am going to do is tell you about the necessary things you have to do for your diet to be perfect for weight loss.
Now for starters here are the some very essential to
do for a perfect diet.
The Meal
After Waking up.
Your First
meal of the day is very important regardless of what time you wake up meaning
you might work night shift so your day starts when you wake up around time for
work right?
Your first
meal is supposed to be filled with nutrition. When you wake up the insulin
sensitivity levels are pretty high in your body. So if the meal is good then
great else bad…
Nutrition.
It is
important to think of food as nutrition rather than of a diet, sugar and sodium
are to be avoided at all cost.
Sodium
gives our body water weight. Sugar equals fat which disturbs the functions of
our body forcing us not to work on our peak levels. Now in your meal you can
include egg, oatmeal, chicken and stuffs to ensure to get good fats, good
proteins and good carbohydrates.
Keeping hydrated.
You have to
keep yourself properly hydrated on a daily basis by drinking tons of water. However don’t start to eat a lot of juicy
fruits just because someone said so. You are on a diet for fat loss so avoid
them since they a lot of sugar in them. Fact 2 orange sugar = 1 can of Pepsi sugar.
Eating fruits will only make you hungry earlier than the time.
Fiber & Daily bowel movements.
Daily bowel
movements are necessary. You have to drop a deuce everyday it is better if it’s
approximately on the same time.
Fiber is
the magic pill and you are gonna pass one out when you take it. If you have
irregular bowel movement take more fiber, fiber is the most important nutrient
for our nutrition.
If you are
getting hard deuce eat more fiber. If you are getting extremely soft deuce eat
less fiber. (That is if your health is normal. Consult your physician.)
Eat on time!
Eating on the right time is one of the most essential
part of any diet, and by right time I mean fix your timing for all 3 meals of
the day. If you eat breakfast at 8 am you eat breakfast at 8 am daily don’t
change your timing to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. Make sure to eat just
before getting hungry like an hour or so before you start to feel hungry. You
can easily drop 2-3 pounds just by setting a daily routine meal, have meals on
approximate fixed times on which you eat no matter what you are doing you can
have a difference in time of up to 30 mins but don’t stretch it out much.
Vitamins, minerals & poly-nutrients.
Make sure you don’t get deficiency of Vitamins, minerals &
poly-nutrients. Time to time eat little amount of fruits and vegetables, while
staying in control don’t go eating the whole damn farm! (Just kidding).
Supplement of vitamin B-12 is necessary. You can get some from your doctor or
from some over the counter drug store. However I would again like to tell you
to consult to your physician before starting any diet plan or taking and
medicines, supplements etc.
Mental Stress.
To measure fat loss it is necessary to decrease your
mental stress levels. With the kids are always screaming or when the boss is
always yanking at me how can I be stress free?
Okay so the answer to your question is pretty simple,
all you have to do is mediate and doing a little work out. You can work out by
doing cardio type exercises. Remember when I tell you keeping low mental stress
is very important.
Consistency is important.
In
a diet consistency is very important! You can cheat once or twice that won’t
count. But in the long term like 6 months you must have taken proper diet 80%
of the time. And remember never ever cheat on your morning meals!.
